Every material needs a quantity, unit and unit price.
CAVOR Stock is in preparation. The first planned scope is to record material quantities, units of measure and unit prices in one warehouse. This data is intended to connect to material issued to a site or task.
Main warehouse
| Material | Quantity / unit | Unit price |
|---|---|---|
| Installation cable | 240 m | 8.40 PLN / m |
| Copper elbow | 36 pcs | 12.50 PLN / pc |
An issue needs a project destination.
Not just “to site”, but to a specific site or task. The planned record connects material with a place, quantity and responsibility.

Stock + Time → Projects
Time without Stock counts only half the project cost — on construction jobs, material is often a larger cost item than labour. The planned flow is for material and labour hours to inform project margin: plan versus actual.

Commercial data stays separate.
Supplier prices and material usage are commercial data. Their protection should be as clear as their role in project cost.
Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level (Row-Level Security).
CAVOR does not build industry benchmarks or set one company's data against another's.
Data is processed in EU regions.
